Our Story

Every great journey starts with a spark — and for i3 Foundation, that spark was the dream of creating a world where every young person can explore their potential, follow their passions, and make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2022 by Mr. Rajeev Gupta, a visionary leader with over 29 years of experience in public service and corporate leadership, i3 Foundation began with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower youth through learning, adventure, and culture.

In today’s rapidly changing world, young minds need more than textbooks — they need experiences that challenge them, programs that inspire them, and opportunities that build their confidence. At i3 Foundation, we believe every youth deserves the chance to shine, explore their creativity, and grow into leaders who can innovate and contribute to society.

Founder’s Vision

Mr. Rajeev Gupta, the Founder and Director of i3 Foundation, brings a wealth of seasoned institutional experience and corporate governance across various regional socio-economic domains.

With over 33 years of experience in public sector, he served as an officer handling complex VAT frameworks and strategic IT enterprise operations. His public sector tenure included pioneering roles such as serving as the region’s first Treasury Officer, overseeing critical government budgets, TDS operations, and core salary functions.

Following a highly distinguished public service track, he gracefully transitioned into corporate development, shaping operations at JSW Steel Ltd. as DGM of Corporate Relations, and later delivering valuable impact architecture as a Principal Consultant at PwC India.

A prolific ecosystem architect, Mr. Gupta is widely recognized for driving high-value platforms—curating and licensing TEDxKanke (Ranchi), co-founding Ranchi Mall, and establishing the Jharkhand Open Coffee Club (JOCC). His functional advisory logic proved vital during the structural deployment of GST in Jharkhand, where he served as the specialized team lead.
