Founded in 2022 by Mr. Rajeev Gupta, a visionary leader with over 29 years of experience in public service and corporate leadership, i3 Foundation began with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower youth through learning, adventure, and culture.
In today’s rapidly changing world, young minds need more than textbooks — they need experiences that challenge them, programs that inspire them, and opportunities that build their confidence. At i3 Foundation, we believe every youth deserves the chance to shine, explore their creativity, and grow into leaders who can innovate and contribute to society.
Mr. Rajeev Gupta, the Founder and Director of i3 Foundation, brings a wealth of experience and leadership across various domains. With over 29 years in the Commercial Taxes Department, he served as an officer handling VAT transactions and IT operations. His tenure included pioneering roles such as the first Treasury Officer, overseeing government budgets, TDS, and salary functions. After a distinguished career, he transitioned to corporate relations at JSW Steel Ltd. as DGM and later contributed significantly as Principal Consultant at PWC India.
Mr. Rajeev Gupta is also recognized for his impactful initiatives, including curating and licensing TEDx Kanke Ranchi, co-founding Ranchi Mall, and establishing the Jharkhand Open Coffee Club (JOCC). His expertise was pivotal in the transition to GST in Jharkhand, where he served as team lead. His career reflects a commitment to innovation, community engagement, and transformative leadership, essential foundations he brings to the i3 Foundation.
